生产方法  将109g（1.0mol）三甲基氯硅烷溶于500ml无水乙醚，通入氨气，立即出现白色沉淀。加热至回流，慢慢通氨维持6h，使氯化铵沉降、过滤，取乙醚溶液先蒸出乙醚，再蒸出六甲基二硅氨烷，得52.5g，收率65%。
